LABIOMISTA & LaVieBreede, Beirut - Rising from The Ashes, Unesco, Biennial of Architecture, Venice

Koen Vanmechelen has been invited to present LABIOMISTA and LaVieBreede at the Unesco conference on Beirut; Rising from the ashes on the 14th and 15th of September.

On the occasion of the 17th Venice Architecture Biennale, leading architects come together to discuss and plan the future rebuilding of Beirut. It's the one year anniversary of the blast in Beirut, and the city faces major challenges. With a desperate need of infrastructure to determine what strategies should be adopted to reinvent a Metropolis on the Mediterranean.
